Job Description
A well-regarded law firm in Georgia is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for a temp-to-perm role. Ideal candidates will have 2-7 years of experience handling litigation matters such as personal injury, premises liability, auto negligence, and general liability.
Responsibilities:
Handle a full caseload of insurance defense matters from initial pleadings through trial prep Draft motions, discovery, pleadings, and summary judgments Conduct depositions, attend mediations, and represent clients in court Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel Meet all case deadlines and adhere to billing protocols
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school Active Georgia Bar license and in good standing 2-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills Available to start immediately and transition into a permanent role For consideration, please remit your resume to jsilva(@)adamsmartingroup.com.
