Compensation:
$88,500 – $117,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits Recruit, train, develop, and supervise insurance agents with high potential and turn them into top performers to gain new customers and drive sales Examine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for the branch when necessary Monitor the branch’s financial performance and ensure we’re meeting sales targets Take all necessary measures to ensure that ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed by staff when handling insurance investigation claims
Qualifications:
Candidates must have active insurance agent license in their state Must be well-versed in the different types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skills 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance About Company Sherrill Insurance Agency partners with Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies to market and sell their products.
