Role:

The firm is currently seeking a business litigation associate with 2 to 3 years of experience to join its Business Litigation practice in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, handling dispositive motions, arbitration, and trial preparation. This opportunity offers the chance to work with a supportive team that regularly appears before state and federal courts, as well as arbitration panels in Georgia. The practice involves representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of disputes, including business and financial services litigation, trade secrets, and real estate matters.
