Salary:

You’ll be fully immersed in all stages oflitigation, from pre-suit claim investigation through trial andappeal. The incoming attorney with work directly with a seniorpartner and focus on a diverse mix of professional liability,general liability, premises liability, product liability,commercial disputes, and insurance coverage claims. We are seekingcandidates comfortable managing cases from inception to close.

CoreResponsibilities:

Lead defense strategy for diverse civil defensematters Conduct thorough case investigations and develop strategicdefense approaches Handle all aspects of written discovery Executesophisticated motion practice Take and defend depositions,sometimes independently Participate in alternative disputeresolution proceedings Prepare for and participate in trials andappeals Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research Interestedcandidates should have 2-5 years of civil defense experience andhave strong legal writing skills. This is a full time role withexcellent benefits, quarterly and annual bonuses, a competitivebase salary (120k-185k commensurate with experience), and greatopportunity for professional growth.
