With a network of offices across the U.S., the firm is recognized for its responsive client service and experienced trial attorneys. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney with a minimum of two years’ experience in defending premises liability and products liability matters. Experience in automotive liability, property management, or commercial litigation is a plus. Candidates must be licensed in Georgia state and federal courts; additional state bar admissions are beneficial. The position involves managing a full caseload with responsibilities that include: Drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery Conducting legal research and depositions Preparing case evaluations and status reports Participating in mediations and court appearances The ideal candidate demonstrates strong legal writing, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
