Key Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will manage litigation from inception to resolution, handling client and witness meetings, drafting motions and briefs, conducting depositions, attending hearings and mediations, and preparing for and participating in trials. They will represent Fortune 500 clients, delivering exceptional legal services in premises liability and tort defense. Qualifications:
