Key Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will manage litigation from inception to resolution, handling client and witness meetings, drafting motions and briefs, conducting depositions, attending hearings and mediations, and preparing for and participating in trials. They will represent Fortune 500 clients, delivering exceptional legal services in premises liability and tort defense. The role requires leveraging strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills to develop compelling case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications:
Up to 5 years of litigation experience (e.g., post-JD work, clerkships, or equivalent); trial experience is a plus. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
