We areseeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent LitigationAssociate to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers anexcellent opportunity to work on complex legal cases involvingpersonal injury, trucking and transportation, motor vehicleaccidents, medical transportation, auto dealership defense,products liability, and catastrophic injuries. The successfulcandidate will have a passion for civil litigation and a drive tomake a significant impact in our clients’ lives. This role requiresa minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Litigation Associate, you will beresponsible for managing a diverse case load while providingexceptional representation to our clients.

Key responsibilitiesinclude:

1. Handle all aspects of litigation, including draftingpleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, andtrial. 2. Develop and execute litigation strategies with an eyetoward resolution or trial. 3. Represent clients in court or beforegovernment agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients orprosecute defendants in civil litigation. 4. Advise clientsconcerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability oflitigation, or legal rights and obligations. 5. Negotiatesettlements on behalf of clients in areas of personal injury,trucking and transportation, motor vehicle accidents, medicaltransportation, auto dealership defense, products liability, andcatastrophic injuries. 6. Conduct legal research and analysis oflaw sources such as statutes, legal articles, and legal codes toprepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, etc.,for trial, administrative proceedings and other actions.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need thefollowing qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited lawschool. 2. Admission to the state bar. 3. Minimum 2 years ofexperience in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury,trucking and transportation, motor vehicle accidents, medicaltransportation, auto dealership defense, products liability, andcatastrophic injuries. 4. Proven record of strong performance infast-paced, high-stakes environments. 5. Excellent negotiation,communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildrelationships with clients, opposing counsel, and team members. 6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability tothink strategically and make sound legal judgments. 7. Demonstratedcommitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality. 8.Strong organization, document management, and time managementskills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strictdeadlines. 9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
