This role is ideal for attorneys with 3-7 years of civil litigation experience, particularly those with a background in personal injury or medical malpractice.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage plaintiff-side PI or med-mal cases from intake through resolution Prepare for and assist in trial (second-chair trial experience preferred) Work closely with clients, experts, and team members to develop case strategies

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school ; strong academic credentials required 3-7 years of litigation experience (PI or med-mal) Trial experience (second-chair or higher) preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills Must be polished, professional, and personable

Compensation:

Base salary: ~$125k-$150k ( DOE ) Six-figure bonus potential — historically achieved by all attorneys
