Position Overview:

Weare seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trial Attorney licensedin Georgia to join our litigation team. This is a remote position ,offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home whilehandling a full caseload of litigation matters. The ideal candidatewill be an experienced litigator who is confident in court andcommitted to client advocacy.

Responsibilities:

Represent clientsin civil litigation matters in state and federal courts acrossGeorgia Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings,discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial Conduct legalresearch and draft legal documents Communicate with clients,opposing counsel, witnesses, and court personnel Develop andexecute legal strategies for each case Attend virtual and in-personcourt appearances as required Collaborate with support staff andother attorneys within the firm

Requirements:

J.D. from anaccredited law school Active license and good standing with theGeorgia State Bar Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civillitigation and/or trial practice Proven courtroom and trialexperience Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsSelf-motivated with excellent communication and organizationalabilities Ability to manage a remote workload effectively andindependently Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and casemanagement software

Preferred Qualifications:
