Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conducting legal research and analysis on a range of legal issues Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements Representing clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases Maintaining necessary billable hours Managing client relationships and a caseload under supervision Assisting in motion practice, conferences, mediations, and trials as needed
Position Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school At least 1-2 years of experience in insurance matters is required, particularly Workers’ Compensation Experience in discovery, depositions, motion practice, and second-chair litigation at the trial level is highly desirable Admission to the
Georgia State Bar NOTE:
- Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
