What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Support & Communication:
Be a steady, informed voice for Spanish-speaking clients — providing updates, explanations, and reassurance every step of the way
Document Preparation:
Draft and e-file legal documents (complaints, motions, discovery, subpoenas) with precision
Case Management:
Maintain deadlines, organize files, and keep 60-70 personal injury litigation cases moving forward
Discovery & Trial Prep:
Coordinate depositions, gather medical records, create witness summaries, and prepare trial binders
Client Coordination:
Deliver consistent, empathetic updates in both Spanish and English — ensuring nothing is lost in translation
Billing & Time Entry:
Accurately log billable hours and track expenses for each case
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in Spanish & English — both spoken and written (non-negotiable) 1-3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal (plaintiff-side PI preferred) Proven ability to handle high-volume caseloads under pressure Deep understanding of civil litigation and trial preparation Strong emotional intelligence and a client-first mindset Familiarity with legal filing systems and case management tools A detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who takes initiative
