We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law and a strong commitment to advocating for clients in sensitive legal matters such as divorce, custody, and domestic violence. This role involves providing expert legal advice and representation, ensuring the best outcomes for families in challenging situations. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and support issues
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family-related matters
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in family law disputes
Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law changes and precedents
Advocate for clients in court proceedings and mediation sessions
Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with other legal professionals and experts as needed Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Law
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active GA state bar license to practice law
Strong understanding of family law principles and relevant case law
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with empathy
Experience in litigation and court representation is a plus
