Your Responsibilities Applicants with experience is preferred but not a requirement, any litigation experience will be a plus. You will be working closely with a team of paralegals, case managers and partner attorneys. This position will require analyzing and evaluating personal injury matters from the beginning. Close attention to detail in each case. Evaluating and completing legal research. This will involve a lot of communications with clients, courts and opposing counsel. We are not looking for anyone shy but someone ready to fight along side us for our clients. We are preferably looking for someone with litigation experience. This firm has a big litigation case load and we are looking for someone who is experienced in litigation.

Requirements:

MUST be licensed and admitted to the Georgia Bar Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement Patience, this position requires a lot of patience as dealing with injured clients is not an easy process Great written, verbal, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands. We have a high load of Korean, Spanish and non-English speaking clients, so bilingual applicants preferred.
