Family Partner 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 1300 Athens Street SE, Gainesville, GA 30501 Ninth District Opportunity at the Hall County Head Start / Pre-K location is currently seeking a Family Partner. The candidate will need to be able to recognize and support the strengths, interests, concerns and goals of families. Serves as a multiple-service broker for the children and their families at the center. Coordinates services through the development of multiple partnerships with public/private agencies. Establishes trusting relationships with families of enrolled children at Hall County Head Start / Pre-K to facilitate the accomplishment of individual and family goals. Works to ensure that all aspects of the local program meet or exceeds requirements set forth in funding agency(s) regulations, requirements set forth by the governing agency and guidelines set forth in the Personnel Policies, Procedures Manual and Operations Plan.

Qualifications:

Credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counselling or a related field. Knowledge of local community and resources. Knowledge of basic computer skills and predominant software (word processing, spreadsheets, email, Internet). Awareness of the cultural and language diversity of the children/families in the community. Experienced driver with valid license who has access to a vehicle that can be used on the job (with mileage reimbursed). Must be 18 years of age. Acceptable criminal records check.
