The Fulcher Hagler LLP law firm in Augusta, Georgia seeks an associate attorney for its civil litigation practice teams. Full-time professional legal experience is preferred but not required. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation-related matters in state and federal court, including but not limited to legal research, discovery, drafting, hearings, trial preparation, and alternative dispute resolution. Primary Expectations :
The associate will work with the Firm’s partners and staff to provide high-quality legal services for a diverse portfolio of clients, including larger corporate clients. The associate will be expected to think independently and creatively to find valuable solutions for clients; to draft well-written, well-organized memoranda, a wide variety of legal documents, and correspondence for attorneys and clients; and to communicate effectively with clients and other attorneys. The associate will have opportunities to, and will be encouraged to, assist with business development and marketing for the Firm.
