Remote Associate Attorney Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of Personal Injury, Trucking and legal administrative tasks. As an Associate Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and representation to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- File lawsuits as this position is limited to litigated cases only.
NO PRELIT
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the firm’s practice areas
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the state bar association and in good standing
- Strong knowledge and experience in personal injury and trucking law and legal administrative tasks
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and advocate on behalf of clients
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as manage litigated cases.
