The ideal candidate will be actively licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and submitting documents on behalf of clients. Flexibility to work across different areas of law is essential.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and file legal documents. Collect additional information from clients. Willingness to work across different areas of law, including but not limited to employment, real estate, immigration and family law. You are NOT required to appear in court.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active Georgia Bar License in good standing (REQUIRED). Excellent interpersonal and client relations abilities. No criminal history. Ability to work flexible hours and commit as many hours as possible per week.
