Providing oversight of technical claims across all cyber-related products, focusing on overall claims consistency, thought leadership, best practices, lessons learned and technical trainings across all regions and products in the Americas, General Insurance.
Formulating claims best practices and overseeing compliance for Major Financial Lines claims based on current and evolving market and product trends.
Partnering with Underwriters on business retention and attraction and develop a market leading Cyber Claims offering.
Engaging in regular claims data and trend analysis to provide proactive and continuous feedback into the Underwriting and Product teams on loss drivers, policy wordings, emerging risks, trends, lessons learned and competitive intelligence.
Serving as a key strategic claims’ partner for stakeholders across General Insurance relating to the Cyber and Specialty Financial Lines businesses.
Supporting ongoing Major Financial Lines technical claims improvement projects through initiatives to foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Developing and maintaining relationships with internal Cyber and Specialty Financial Lines Underwriting and Distribution teams and with key external business partners to provide excellent customer service and meet client’s needs.
Driving a culture that promotes collaboration, diversity and inclusion.
What you will need to succeed
At least 10 years claims handling and leadership experience with an emphasis on cyber and data privacy-related products and claims across multiple geographies.
Legal, technical IT or related training and experience in Cyber/Technology strongly preferred.
Strong commercial mindset, strong analytical and conflict resolution skills and business acumen.
Self-directed with ability to manage, motivate and effectively influence others.
Strategic Leadership skills in developing vision and purpose, driving for results and leading effective teams.
