Job Description:
This job opening is in our Immigration section. The candidate should preferably speak a second language (although this isn’t a requirement). The candidate Must possess a JD and be admitted to practice in a State (preferably Louisiana). This position is for a litigation attorney who has experience in immigration litigation before EOIR, either detained or non-detained. Salary commensurate with experience.
