Shall:

Review merger and acquisition agreements from an insurance riskperspective. Uncover, isolate, and quantify pre-and-post-closingliabilities. Verify that liabilities assumption is accurate andbased on agreements between parties and stakeholders. Validateliabilities offsetting assets and lender insurance requirements.

Analyze corporate control change risks. Review final insurance andindemnity provisions. Get out of the law firm billable hourlifestyle and earn $200,000 – $350,000 per year plus bonus.
