Attorney Kiefer & Kiefer 1100 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA 70163 We are looking to expand our team by hiring a Plaintiff personal injury associate attorney who will handle our premises liability, trip and fall, and slip and fall work. Job responsibilities will include legal research and writing, motion practice, appearing for depositions and oral arguments, managing discovery, attending mediations, trial and mediation preparation, trial work, being assigned your own cases, as well as intaking new clients. You will run your own files. Prior experience handling premises cases, trip and fall, and slip and fall cases on Plaintiff or Defense side for at least three years is a must.
