We are seeking a talented, motivated and experiencedInsurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented,and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamiclegal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profilecases and deliver exceptional legal services to our clients. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injurydefense, bad faith, and property liability. The successfulapplicant will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced,challenging environment, with a focus on providing top-tier legalrepresentation to insurance companies and their policyholders.

Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Defense Attorney, your primaryresponsibilities will include: 1. Representing insurance companiesand their policyholders in civil litigation matters involvingpersonal injury, bad faith, and property liability. 2. Conductingthorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potentialrisks and legal considerations. 3. Preparing and drafting legaldocuments such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discoveryrequests. 4. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients andadvising them on their legal rights and obligations. 5.Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and makinglegal arguments to judges and juries. 6. Staying updated on changesin laws and regulations that may impact clients and their cases. 7.Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff toensure the efficient and effective handling of cases.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need thefollowing qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from anaccredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice law in the state andin good standing with the state bar. 3. Minimum of 2 years ofexperience as an insurance defense attorney, specifically inpersonal injury defense, bad faith, and property liability. 4.Proven track record of successfully representing clients in court.5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolvecomplex legal disputes. 6. Strong research and analytical skills,with the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations. 7.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the abilityto clearly and persuasively articulate complex legal concepts. 8.High degree of professionalism and a strong commitment to clientservice.
