Job Details We are seeking atalented and highly-motivated Permanent Litigation Attorney to joinour dynamic legal team. In this role, you will be responsible forhandling complex commercial property and trucking claims, ormedical malpractice cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimumof 3 years of experience in the legal industry, with a strongbackground in litigation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct legal research and analysis on variouslegal matters related to commercial property, trucking, and 1stparty property. 2. Manage all phases of litigation from inceptionto disposition, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions,and trial preparation. 3. Provide legal advice and guidance on awide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, riskmanagement, and dispute resolution. 4. Represent the company incourt proceedings, arbitration, and mediation sessions. 5.Negotiate settlements on behalf of the company in an effort toresolve disputes in the most beneficial manner. 6. Collaborate withother attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure theefficient and effective handling of legal matters. 7. Stay updatedwith changes in law and industry trends that could impact thecompany’s operations or risk profile. 8. Develop and implementlegal strategies and solutions that align with the company’sbusiness objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from anaccredited law school. 2. Licensed to practice law in the state. 3.A minimum of 3 years of legal experience, with a focus oncommercial property, trucking, or 1st party property. 4. Proventrack record in litigation, with strong negotiation and conflictresolution skills. 5. In-depth knowledge of legal principles,procedures, and terminology. 6. Excellent research, analytical, andproblem-solving skills. 7. Strong interpersonal and communicationskills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levelsof the organization. 8. High degree of professional ethics andintegrity. 9. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, anddeadlines in a fast-paced environment. 10.
