Salary:

$100,000 – $120,000 per year A bit about us: We arecurrently seeking a Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join ourdynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasonedprofessional with a strong background in plaintiff personal injurylaw. You will be responsible for handling a variety of personalinjury cases from start to finish. This includes, but is notlimited to, car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, andcatastrophic injuries. Job DetailsResponsibilities:

Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injurycases. Draft and respond to motions, discovery, and other courtfilings. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies andopposing counsel. Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations,depositions, and trials. Conduct legal research and draftpleadings, motions, and briefs. Provide legal advice to clients andcommunicate effectively with them about their case. Collaboratewith our team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants toensure the best possible outcome for our clients. Stay updated oncurrent laws and regulations within the personal injury field.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. Minimum of 5years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury attorney. Proventrack record of successfully negotiating and litigating personalinjury cases. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to managea large caseload and work independently. Proficient in legalresearch software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellentinterpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professionaldemeanor in stressful situations. Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills. Ability to prioritize and multitaskeffectively. Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
