The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of experience representing employers, insurance carriers, or injured workers in workers’ compensation matters. You will handle all phases of the claim process-from case evaluation and litigation strategy to settlement negotiation and trial advocacy. Additional experience with Louisiana State Workers’ Compensation Act, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation, Defense Base Act is preferred but not required.
