Full-Time Salary:

Salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 with the potential for up to an additional $50,000 in earned bonus compensation. Possible additional salary compensation commensurate with significant experience beyond the 7+ year range.

Job Description:

Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Attorney with at least 5 to 7+ years of litigation experience to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a diverse client base across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and expanding further regionally. Our firm handles a wide range of employment law matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes, non-compete litigation, employment counseling, and compliance with state and federal labor laws. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Handle plaintiff and/or defense-side employment legal matters with significant litigation experience. Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements Conduct depositions, mediations, administrative proceedings, and court proceedings Advise clients on workplace policies, compliance issues, mitigation, and legal rights. Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and support senior attorneys when needed

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in Massachusetts (RI and other state bar admissions a plus) Minimum of 6 years of employment litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and client communication skills
