We are open to a variety of skill levels, including attorneys who no longer want to manage the administrative tasks and are looking to merge their firm. Duties include maintaining an independent case load from initial client meetings through trial, when necessary. Additionally, duties including supporting in existing cases, trial preparation and second chairing trials. Experience & Qualifications Family law experience (preferred) Licensed to practice in Massachusetts Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in going to court or willing to do so Research and writing experience Critical thinking skills Resolution skills Salary commensurate with experience.
