Description We are a prominent mid-size law firm, headquarteredin Manchester, NH. We are seeking a lateral attorney or attorneygroup to join our reputable Trust and Estate Planning practice,based primarily from our Boston, MA or Manchester, NH locations.
The position(s) requires: Extensive drafting of core and complexestate planning and probate expertise Providing for high-net-worthclients’ asset protection Minimizing income tax, gift tax, andestate tax consequences. Requirements J.D. (LL.M., preferred)admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire with someportable business and seven or more years of experience withsophisticated and complex estate planning and administration.
Estate tax expertise is also preferred. Successful candidate(s)must be motivated, exacting and possess excellent client counselingskills and a high degree of professionalism. Experience in creatinga variety of individually tailored estate plans, familiarity withcurrent probate procedure, and tax law. EOE. Why us?
