Attorney Tsizer Law, P.C. 1101 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA 01701 Job Summary Busy and well-regarded small Framingham law firm with primary practice concentration in domestic relations seeks a full-time attorney with at least 3 years of experience. Ideal candidate must have attention to detail, experience in handling all aspects of a case from initial meeting, discovery to motion hearings, pretrial conferences and other court appearances. Trial experience is a plus. Must be a self-starter, energetic, focused on details and client service. Admission to MA Bar is required. Please forward cover letter, resume and references via email. The firm offers competitive compensation starting at $75,000 plus bonuses. Responsibilities Be able to handle a domestic relation matter, such as divorce, paternity action, child support action, etc. from initial client meeting to the conclusion. Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pretrial memorandum and agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance with applicable laws. Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations, advocating for their interests effectively. Provide legal advice to clients on various matters related to Family Law. Maintain accurate records and notes of case progress and client interactions within the law office’s management system. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and share knowledge on legal developments. Accurately keep track of the billable time on a daily basis; Knowledge of Clio Management program is a plus. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in Massachusetts. Strong litigation skills with a track record of representing clients in court. Knowledge of Family and Domestic Relations Law. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
