Position Overview We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Real Estate Attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. This position offers an opportunity for long term professional growth and stability. In this role, you will handle a diverse array of real estate matters, including residential and commercial closings, title review, contract negotiation, and compliance issues. You will work closely with clients, lenders, brokers, and other parties to ensure smooth and successful transactions. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions including purchases, sales, refinances, and foreclosures Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, closing documents, and related contracts Conduct and review title examinations Identify and resolve title, zoning, and permitting issues Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts and federal real estate laws and regulations Collaborate with clients, lenders, agents, and title companies to move transactions to closing Represent clients in closings, dispute resolution, and related proceedings when necessary Maintain detailed records and legal documentation Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar 0-3 years of experience practicing real estate law (including internships or clerkships) Proficiency in real estate contracts, closings, title review, and conveyancing Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Preferred Attributes Strong interest in long-term practice of real estate conveyancing law Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a collaborative team setting Positive, proactive attitude and a client-focused mindset To Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and any relevant references to info@klinesanders.com.
