Part-Time Trial Attorney – Family Law Woburn, MA In-Person | Part-Time Are you a skilled family law attorney seeking a flexible opportunity to stay in the courtroom and make a meaningful impact? We are looking for a Part-Time Trial Attorney to join our team and help support our growing family law practice in Woburn, Massachusetts.

What You’ll Do:

Represent clients in divorce proceedings Draft clear and persuasive pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements Maintain professional and compassionate communication with clients Work collaboratively with our experienced legal team to deliver strong outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

Massachusetts-licensed attorney in good standing Minimum 3 years of experience in family law, including courtroom and trial experience Strong legal writing, research, and drafting skills Confident, professional courtroom presence Excellent client relations and case management abilities Experience with billing clients Experience with Clio preferred but will train other case management system
