Trusts & Estates Attorney McLane Middleton, ProfessionalAssociation, a leading New England-based law firm, is seeking aTrusts and Estates Attorney to join our active and expanding Trustsand Estates Department. McLane Middleton has one of the largestTrusts and Estates departments in New England. This is a uniqueopportunity to work alongside some of New England’s mosthighly-skilled Trusts and Estates attorneys. The ideal candidatewill have at least 3 years of experience in estate planning, taxplanning, and trust and estate administration, including estateplanning for individuals and family-owned businesses. Priorexperience working directly with high net-worth individuals andfamilies and their advisors on designing and implementingpersonalized estate plans, and tax-efficient and estate and wealthtransfer strategies, including transfer of closely-held businessinterests to irrevocable trusts is a plus. The successful candidatewill have prior experience in a private law firm setting and willdemonstrate the ability to manage billable hour requirements andmaintain accurate timekeeping records. We are looking for aself-starter who is motivated to advance their career and take anactive role in business development. An interest in networking,marketing, and client development is essential. Candidates who areeager to contribute to a collaborative T&E practice areencouraged to apply. This position will be based out of our Woburn,Massachusetts office. Options for a hybrid work schedule combiningin-office and remote work are available. The candidate must possessexcellent academic credentials from an accredited law school withstrong analytical abilities, excellent client service skills, aswell as strong communication and writing skills. Qualified candidates must be admitted to theMassachusetts or New Hampshire Bar or have the ability to waive in.
