Job Details We are atransactional law firm is seeking a senior Commercial Real EstateAttorney with at least 10 years of experience to join its expandingteam. This role requires significant experience in handling complexreal estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions,development, commercial leasing, and especially real estatefinance. The ideal candidate will have a background representingborrowers and/or lenders and be comfortable managing deals fromstart to finish.

Qualifications:
