JOB SUMMARY
Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney – Hybrid (Boston, MA) A top-tier Northeast law firm seeks a Coverage Litigation Attorney (3-6 years’ experience) to join its renowned insurance practice. This hybrid role offers sophisticated coverage work across CGL, professional liability, and complex disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze policies and draft coverage opinions
- Handle declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation
- Argue motions and manage cases through resolution
- Conduct depositions and court appearances
- Advise insurers on high-exposure claims
Ideal Candidate:
JD + MA bar admission 3-6 years’ coverage litigation experience Strong background in CGL/policy interpretation Exceptional research and writing skills Deposition/courtroom experience Why This Role?
