This hybrid role offers a balanced caseload across general liability, professional liability, commercial disputes, and other complex civil matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cases from intake through resolution (motions, discovery, depositions) Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery responses Take and defend depositions (fact and expert witnesses) Appear in MA state and federal courts Develop litigation strategies with senior attorneys
Ideal Candidate:
JD from ABA-accredited law school MA bar admission (required) 1+ years civil litigation experience Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills Courtroom/deposition experience preferred Why This Role?
