ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
JOB SUMMARY Associate Attorney – Litigation Boston, MA | Hybrid Flexibility
Full-Time | 3-8 Years of Experience About the Role We’re partnering with a reputable litigation firm in Boston that is growing its healthcare and medical malpractice defense practice. They’re adding multiple full-time associates to support a diverse and complex caseload involving hospitals, physicians, and healthcare systems. These roles offer immediate involvement in active cases—including legal research, drafting motions, attending depositions, and appearing in court. You’ll work closely with clients, experts, and senior attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in high-stakes litigation and administrative proceedings. What We’re Looking For JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted to practice in Massachusetts
2+ years of experience in medical malpractice or general civil litigation
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
