Description Our client, a prestigious and highly successful medical malpractice/personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical malpractice litigation, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex medical records and an understanding of clinical terminology and standards of care.

Boston, MA Salary:
$95,000 – $170,000 (depending on experience) + great benefits!

In-Office Responsibilities:
+ Conduct thorough legal analysis and case evaluation of potential and ongoing medical malpractice claims. + Review and interpret medical records, diagnostic tests, treatment notes, and expert reports. + Consult with medical experts and prepare for depositions and trial testimony. + Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. + Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences. + Work collaboratively with paralegals, experts, and co-counsel on all stages of litigation. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Massachusetts laws related to medical malpractice and tort litigation.
Requirements Requirements:
+ 1+ years of experience in medical malpractice field required. + Demonstrated experience reviewing and interpreting complex medical records. + Background in healthcare, nursing, or a medically related field is highly preferred. + Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. + Active member in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar. + Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
