Job Details A growing national law firm isseeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to joinits Boston office. The role involves working closely with seniorlitigators on high-stakes commercial and employment-relateddisputes across a variety of industries, including financialservices, healthcare, life sciences, and technology. Matters mayinclude trade secret claims, restrictive covenant enforcement,government investigations, and complex contract disputes. Idealcandidates will have experience managing key stages of litigationsuch as drafting motions and pleadings, overseeing discovery andESI production, conducting depositions, and participating in courthearings. Strong writing and communication skills are essential, asis the ability to work both independently and collaborativelywithin a national team. Applicants must hold a JD from anaccredited law school and be admitted in Massachusetts, or willingand able to become admitted promptly.
