Salary:

Responsibilities:

As aCorporate Attorney, your key responsibilities will include: 1.Providing expert legal support, advice, and guidance to ourorganization on a wide range of corporate legal issues includingcorporate governance, compliance, contracts, mergers andacquisitions, and intellectual property rights. 2. Drafting,negotiating, and reviewing various legal documents and agreementsto ensure the company’s full legal rights. 3. Representing thecompany in legal proceedings, if necessary. 4. Developing companypolicies on an array of matters such as regulatory compliance andcorporate governance. 5. Liaising with external legal counsel asrequired.

Job Details Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for theCorporate Attorney position will possess the followingqualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. 2. Admitted to the bar in Massachusetts. 3. A minimum of 5years of experience as a corporate attorney, preferably within acorporate environment. 4. Extensive knowledge of corporate law,contract law, securities law, and intellectual property rights. 5.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
