Salary:

Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and supportto clients on a range of employment law issues, including but notlimited to employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances,and redundancies. 2. Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety ofemployment contracts and agreements to ensure compliance withcurrent employment law. 3. Develop, implement, and updateemployment policies and procedures in line with legal requirementsand best practice. 4. Represent clients in employment-relateddisputes, both in court and before government agencies. 5. Conductthorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potentialrisks and recommend appropriate courses of action.
Job DetailsQualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. 2. Admitted to the state bar and in good standing. 3.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Employment Law Attorney. 4.Proven track record in counseling employers, drafting employmentcontracts, and preparing employment policies. 5.
