Salary:

Our firm, based in Boston, isdedicated to serving a diverse clientele of closely-held businessesand high net worth individuals. This presents an ideal opportunityto take on a key, hands-on role, working directly with clients,expanding your practice, and handling sophisticated matters withina dynamic practice group. The ideal candidate will demonstrateproficiency in probate, trust and estate administration, estate andgift tax return preparation, and drafting basic estate planningdocuments. A strong work ethic, along with excellent practicemanagement and interpersonal skills, is essential. Candidatesshould possess outstanding academic credentials and be motivatedself-starters with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced and collegialenvironment. While experience in a large firm and/or portablebillings are advantageous, they are not mandatory, as we considerall applicants. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, with theexpectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week, although weare flexible with this arrangement. Candidates with less estateplanning experience but strong backgrounds in business succession,business law, and business planning are encouraged to apply.
