We are seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate to joinour dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a partof a challenging, fast-paced environment, where you will be at theheart of the legal decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

As anInsurance Coverage Litigation Associate, you will be expected to:1. Analyze and interpret insurance policies, and provide expertinsurance coverage opinions. 2. Handle all aspects of bad faithlitigation and the defense of insurers. 3. Exhibit a deepunderstanding of 93A and tort law, and apply this knowledge in apractical setting. 4. Demonstrate exceptional legal writing skills,drafting clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents, motions,and briefs. 5. Actively participate in trial practice, includingthe preparation of witnesses, trial strategy, and courtappearances. 6. Manage complex commercial litigation cases, workingcollaboratively with other team members to achieve favorableoutcomes for our clients. 7. Stay updated with current trends andchanges in insurance law to ensure the firm’s compliance andcompetitiveness.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for theInsurance Coverage Litigation Associate position should possess thefollowing qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited lawschool. 2. Admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth ofMassachusetts, membership to other Northeast states is a plus. 3.Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation,with a focus on insurance policies, bad faith litigation, anddefense of insurers. 4. Proficient in insurance law, 93A, and tortlaw. 5. Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draftcompelling legal documents. 6. Proven experience in trial practiceand commercial litigation. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills, with the ability to interpret complex insurance policiesand legal principles. 8. Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients,colleagues, and court personnel. 9. Demonstrated ability to managemultiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. 10.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
