We are seeking aLabor & Employment Attorney to join our team. The successfulcandidate will have a deep understanding of labor and employmentlaw, outstanding communication skills, and an ability to handlecomplex legal issues. This is a permanent, full-time position thatoffers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of labor andemployment related matters, including but not limited to, employeediscipline, terminations, harassment, discrimination, wage and hourcompliance, contract negotiations, and workplace investigations. 2.Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severanceagreements, and other employment-related documents. 3. Representthe organization in labor and employment related litigation,including the preparation of motions, briefs, and other legaldocuments. 4. Conduct legal research and analysis on various laborand employment laws, regulations, and court decisions. 5. Developand implement labor and employment policies and procedures toensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 6.Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on labor andemployment law topics, such as harassment prevention,discrimination, and workplace rights and responsibilities. 7.Collaborate with other members of the legal team and work closelywith human resources and management to address and resolve laborand employment issues.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degreefrom an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the MA state bar. 3.Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and employment law, witha strong emphasis on litigation. 4. Proven experience in draftingmotions, briefs, and other legal documents. 5. Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to manage multiple projectsand meet deadlines. 8. High ethical standards and professionalism.9. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor andemployment laws and regulations. 10.
