1. Manage all aspects of patent litigation,including discovery, pleadings, motions, and trial strategy. 2.Conduct thorough examinations of witnesses and depositions. 3.Develop and implement litigation strategies to handle complex caseseffectively. 4. Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, andother legal documents. 5. Represent clients in court and arguemotions. 6. Conduct legal research and analysis on matters ofpatent validity and infringement. 7. Collaborate with a team ofattorneys to develop case strategies. 8. Stay updated with currentlaws and regulations within the legal industry. 9. Work closelywith clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their caseand legal needs.
Qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree froman accredited law school. 2. Admitted to or eligible for admissionin Massachusetts or Washington, DC. 3. A minimum of 3 years ofexperience in patent litigation.
