Role:
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with innovative clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The associate will support a wide range of intellectual property matters, including: Managing and developing global patent portfolios Drafting and prosecuting patent applications Performing freedom-to-operate , patentability , and invalidity analyses Assisting with IP due diligence for corporate transactions Supporting post-grant proceedings , IP counseling , and litigation
Qualifications:
Background in Biology , Chemistry , or a related life sciences field; Ph.D. strongly preferred 1-4 years of relevant experience at a top law firm or boutique IP firm Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex scientific documents Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly proactive, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Outstanding academic credentials from a respected law school
