Salary:
$175,000 – $200,000per year A bit about us: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Attorneyto join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an excitingopportunity to be at the forefront of our legal operations,providing strategic legal counsel and guidance across our company.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of assetprotection and be admitted to the bar in Massachusetts. With atleast 5 years of experience in the legal industry, the candidatewill be responsible for handling complex legal matters and projectson behalf of the company. Why join us?
Responsibilities:
1. Provideexpert legal support and advice to the company on a range of legalissues including asset protection, contract law, corporate law, andregulatory compliance. 2. Draft, review, and negotiate contractsand other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legalrights. 3. Represent the company in legal proceedings(administrative boards, court trials, etc.). 4. Develop innovativestrategies to manage legal risks faced by the company. 5. Liaisewith external counsel when necessary and manage the quality oftheir services and output.
Job Details Qualifications:
1. JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted tothe bar in Massachusetts. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience asa practicing attorney in the legal industry. 4. Proven experiencein asset protection and corporate law. 5. Exceptional negotiationskills and the ability to interpret and draft legal documents.
