Salary:

$125,000 -$155,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic,experienced, and proactive Permanent Associate Attorney to join ourteam in the Manufacturing industry. This is a unique opportunity toapply your legal expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

You will be responsible for providing legal guidance on a widerange of issues, with a focus on High Net Worth Estate Planning.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice on allaspects of High Net Worth Estate Planning. 2. Draft, review, andnegotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements related tothe manufacturing industry. 3. Represent the company in legalproceedings, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws andregulations. 4. Develop and implement effective legal strategies toprotect the company’s interests and assets. 5. Work closely withthe management team to identify potential legal risks and developmitigation strategies.

Job Details Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor(JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to the barin Massachusetts. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as anattorney, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 4.
