Role:

You’ll work on a wide range of cases,including: Contract and business disputes Bankruptcy litigationReal estate and probate court litigation Other general commerciallitigation This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety,autonomy, and being part of a collaborative team. You’ll handlecases independently, with opportunities to first- or second-chairtrials and contribute to building the firm’s litigation practice.

What You Need:

JD Massachusetts Bar license 4-8 years of commerciallitigation experience Trial experience (1st or 2nd chair preferred)Comfortable with a 1700 billable hour target Versatility andwillingness to pitch in across practice areas Experience on eitherdefense or plaintiff side Why This Firm?
