Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for personal injury cases
• drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Prepare and organize case files, including maintaining electronic and physical records
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
• trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating with expert witnesses
• Review medical records and other documents related to personal injury claims
• Conduct negotiations with insurance companies on behalf of clients
• preparation of settlement agreements and demand letters
• Maintain confidentiality of client information

Experience:

• Ability to argue motions and try cases
• Proficiency in legal research using platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
