Schedule:
Full-time, Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•4:30
PM Pay:
$15.75 per hour

Currently, we operate with a staff of five, and our practice primarily focuses on family law, criminal defense, estate planning, small business, and real estate transactional work. The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized, friendly, and dependable Legal Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our firm. No prior legal experience is necessary; we’re happy to train the right candidate! In this vital role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone. Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take detailed messages. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and perform minor office cleaning duties. Assist with general administrative tasks, including scanning and data entry. Support legal staff with various projects as needed. Notarize documents (notary certification will be provided) Run short errands on occasion.

Upholding confidentiality and maintaining a high level of integrity are paramount. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for errands.
